  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Fry the bacon, and then drain it on brown paper.
  3. Crumble it and mix it with the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, milk, parsley and half the parmesan.
  4. Separate each can of crescent dinner rolls into 4 rectangles, then make 8 smaller squares out of each one, so you have 32 squares in total.
  5. Divide the bacon and cream cheese mixture between the squares and sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the top.
  6. Pinch all 4 corners up to meet in the middle, or as close as you can get.
  7. Grease a baking sheet, then bake the bacon appetizers for about 14 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Serve them warm.
