  • 8 sheets filo pastry
  • 2 packs brie cheese, each cut into four equal-sized pieces
  • 8 oz melted butter
  • 4 oz cranberry sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brush each sheet of filo pastry with some melted butter.
  3. Fold the pastry in half and brush once more with the butter.
  4. Place a piece of brie in the center of each pastry.
  5. Top the cheese with a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Wrap the pastry over the cheese and seal it well.
  7. Brush the parcels with the rest of the melted butter.
  8. Arrange the 8 pastries on a greased baking tray and bake* for 10 to 15 minutes.
