Baked Brie Appetizer

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 lb thawed puff pastry
  • ¾ lb brie cheese cut into 24 wedges
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to ⅛ inch thickness and then cut it into 24 squares.
  3. Roll the cheese wedges in the pastry squares, tucking in the ends.
  4. Arrange them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Melt the butter and brush it on the pastry.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  7. While the pastry is baking, heat the jam and lemon juice in a pan and serve this as a warm dipping sauce.
