  • 8 oz whole white mushrooms
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil to 375 degrees F in a deep fryer.
