Easy Crockpot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • ¼ teaspoon crumbled dried leaf thyme
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 cup thawed spinach
  • 1 loaf pumpernickel rye bread
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine the cream with the cream cheese in a crockpot and cover.
  2. Cook on low until the cheese melts. This will take between 60 and 90 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the bread and parsley, cover and cook on low for 45 minutes more.
  4. Hollow out the middle of the bread and transfer the dip into it.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
