Ingredients
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 14 oz can tuna
  • 1 teaspoon sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 halved black olives
Instructions
  1. Halve the hard boiled eggs.
  2. Drain the tuna well.
  3. Remove the yolks and mash in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of the mayonnaise.
  4. Add the other ingredients (except the olives and remaining mayonnaise) and mix well.
  5. Stuff the egg white halves with the tuna mixture.
  6. Top each one with a little mayonnaise and a black olive half.
